DONT EXPECT MORE FROM THESE IDIOT UNION
But first decide: Bank employees need Unions and leaders or not for future. What you can do to replace IDIOT LEADERS, and will do efforts to do so. If required will you become leader and do required sacrifices? Or just say goodbye to old leaders, and create blank so that mamnagement will be happy to find that there is no union in Banking. Friends, if change is required, This is not a emotional, but practical issue.

  16. Really bank employees are cheated by the union leaders whom they believed alot.compare recent prc in state and central government and realise
then think a while at living in the high cost market rates to live.

  17. bala is really fool.He has not seen how Prabhat Kar , Naresh Pal, Tarakeshwer Chakaravorty had made bank employess united. Bank employees negotiation is being done in 5 years where as in central govt 10 years. Last settlement done at13.5% and this one is at17.5%. More over clinching of one more option for penson in whatever form is unik. Now a days govt is not giving pension to emploees. Bala is angy man, do not understand every thing.

Pension acts ammended by Banks in2002 depriving 5 years waigtage New pension optees are whether eligible for 5 years notional waightage unions not touched this point

  19. All PO's should resign from unions. And I appeal to all PO's to search better job opportunities so that they can justify with their talent.
