For central govt. employee the wage revision is at 40% with lots of other benefit , for PSUs the revision range from 60% to 90 % , for UGC teaching professionals the revision is at 60% & even in many state govt the revision is more than 50 % . But PSUs bank offer is at 10 % . Please ask yourself do you work less than other ? is your organization not making enough profit ? are you working at a very comfortable environment without risk & responsibility ? if your answer is NO , than u deserve a respectable wage hike

THE OFFER IS LOW AND WILL BE LOW ALWAYS BECAUSE THE PERSONS SITTING AT TOP HAVE ATTAINED THE POSITION WITH THE SYSTEM WELL KNOWN TO EVERY BODY. THERE IS NO MINDSET TO COMPARE OTHER CENTRAL /STATE OFFERS NOR EVEN TO THE HIGHER RISK AND EVER INCREASING REDUCTION OF MAN POWER. NO BODY IS WILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEW GENERATION ARE NOT SELECTING THE BANKING INDUSTRY AND EVEN IF ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED ARE MAKING ALL EFFORTS TO GO OUT BEFORE THE CONFIRMATION PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. QUALITY WILL SUFFER VERY SEVERELY WHICH WILL BE REALISED IN THE NEAR FUTURE
